1. Prices and discounts

Room comfort with shower/WC, balcony, SAT-TV, room safe, hairdryer, desk, sofa and WiFi.

The prices are per day and for up to 2 persons in a double room with breakfast or half board and with many services to delight your holiday!

Double room for single occupancy: surcharge of 15,00 € per day, for Premium Nature Room 20,00 € per night

A residence tax (local tax) in the amount of 2,80 € per person per night will be charged for all those over 14 years. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid locally.

Almencard included: free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol, unlimited rides on the Gitschberg, Meransen and Jochtal Vals cable cars (09.05.-12.07.2024 and 16.09.-02.11.2024), one free admission each to over 90 participating museums and collections in South Tyrol… read more

Free participation to the program of summer activities.

Included services:

• rich breakfast buffet with fresh local products
• choice dinner menus with salad buffet
• theme evenings and summer barbecues
• extended Sunday menu with aperitif
• free use of our spa oasis, fitness, indoor & outdoor pool and sunbathing area
• whirlpool, solarium and bathrobes are available for a fee
• free wireless Internet throughout the hotel
• free ski shuttle
• large playground and mini golf 100 m from the hotel

Wellness:

• Swimming pool: open from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
• Wellness area: open from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm
• Bathrobe: € 5.00 / person for the entire stay
• Fresh water whirlpool tub: € 7.00 for 20 minutes

2. Children rates in parent’s rooms

• 0 – 2,99 years: 10,00 € per day
• 3 – 5,99 years: -50 %
• 6 – 11,99 years: -30 %

Child prices apply with two full paying adults in the room.

3. Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 15,00 € per day (food is not included). Pets are not allowed in the dining room and in the spa area.

4. Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.

5. Addional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 200,00 € per stay has been paid.

Please understand that in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge the total price of the room.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 3,000 €. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer, Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or EC-Card.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the room will ready for you only at 14 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your room not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

If you arrive by train, we will pick you up from the train station in Franzensfeste/Fortezza.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

Cancellations until 30 days before the start of the stay are free of charge (except for the deposit, which is considered as a cancellation fee). Afterwards, 10% of the booked stay will be charged.

To save costs, we recommend that you protect yourself and close a cancellation insurance.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

8. Travel cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you sign a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here.

9. Exclusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided. We reserve the right to make changes without notice or to amend the information. Only the specific service offer or the booking confirmation is binding. For external links we can – despite careful control – assume no liability. For the content of linked pages exclusively their operators are responsible.

10. Data protection

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
